It is precisely during such times that it is important to take care of your mental and physical well-being through acupuncture treatments, which can help refresh your mind and body. For existing clients, Minato-ku, Chiyoda-ku, a part of Shinjuku-ku, and Chuo-ku only.

Cancellation Policy

＊Cancellation Policy＊ Please email, text, or call for cancellation at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. There will be a ¥3,000 cancellation fee for the less-than-24 hours cancellation, or the full amount cancellation fee will be applied for the same-day cancellation. Frequent last-minute cancellations would not be appreciated and are subject to refusal of further services. Please keep in mind that there would be some other people who may wish or need to be helped by our services. Unless there are unavoidable circumstances, we ask that you please refrain from canceling your appointment on the day. Please notify us of any changes or cancellations at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. As a general rule, if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee of ¥3,000 will be charged, and if you cancel on the day, a cancellation fee equal to the treatment fee will be charged. In addition, if there are repeated last-minute cancellations, we may refuse to provide you with future treatments.
